Lars Wallin Fashion Stories

D Unknown visited the Lars Wallen Fashion Stories Exhibition in his childhood city of Västerås, Sweden. The exhibition presents unique garments in exclusive materials from his 20-year career as a designer. Lars Wallin is renowned for his beautiful signature design, working only in the finest materials available.

Born in 1965, Lars Wallin was brought up in Västerås and educated at Beckmas College of Design in Stockholm. Fashion Stories received its first presentation at Prince Eugen’s Waldermarsudde, Stockholm, in summer of 2011. The exhibition at Västerås konstmuseum is a reworked version featuring specially selected work.
